The Government Facilitators Community of Practice (Australia) reviews the Power of Facilitation

We are grateful to members of the Government Facilitation Community of Practice (Australia) 2021 for this session, and for sharing the recording of it, and to Nick Housego of IAF Australia for hosting the session as Co-chair of the community.

The session was held on Friday 19th November from 10:30 – 11:30 AM AEST. It was joined by #FacPower contributors and Stephen Berkeley in Australia and Kavi Arasu in India, co-authors of chapter 8, Living a Facilitative Life.

The Government Facilitation Community of Practice (Australia) is open to anyone with an interest in facilitation in all Australian Government departments and agencies. Contact Nick Housego for details.

The book is a compilation of chapters written by different authors, or author teams, designed to promote the power of facilitation. Each chapter connects key perspectives on specific dimensions of facilitation, organisational and community development with the respective authors’ practice and thinking about our craft.

The recording starts shortly into the session…
