终于，我们简体中文版《引导的力量》#FacPower 即将要跟引导爱好者和实践者们见面了！几位译者选择在zoom上跟大家见面，我们一起用引导的方式来探索“引导的力量”。 去年初，几位引导前辈合著一本叫 The Power of Facilitation的引导案例合集，它作为一本开源的电子书，给在不确定的世界中淡淡投下一颗定心丸，让引导的力量被呈现出来。 读毕书，心潮彭拜久久不能平静。它引发了我们的好奇，于是结集起来花了一年多的时间，将其翻译完毕，希望借由它的到来，给引导爱好者、实践者们带来一些笃定。 初读Power of Facilitation时，我们有被惊艳到的感觉。随即也在想，引导的力量是什么呢？作为引导爱好者、实践者，我们是否曾感受到它的力量？是什么原因让我们持续在这条路上继续探索？成长的过程中我们是否动念过要离开？为什么它看起来是“使……容易”，背后要付出那么多的思考和实践才能让场域体验起来“容易”了一些？引导，真的那么容易么？ 对于翻译团队几位伙伴而言，也曾有过类似的挣扎和思考，也曾疑惑过。在不断的探索和实践中，是引导打开了一扇五彩缤纷、多元美丽的门，让我们得以在其中自由探索，也在它的影响下，不论是在工作、学习还是生活中，有了各种各样奇妙的变化。我们将邀请一些引导实践者、爱好者跟我们一起在zoom中在引导之中探索引导的力量。 对话活动细节：对话时间：2022年11月19日周六 19:30-21:30对话主题：在引导中探索“引导的力量”对话议程：将根据报名群体做针对性设计，活动群内公布对话空间：Zoom会议平台（微信群内，活动前48小时内发会议链接）对话引导者：陈宁Elaine、林恩慈Karen Lim、李姝Sharon、张树金Simba、张琳敏Michelle对话人数：不超过30人活动语言：普通话 如果你对这次活动感兴趣，请联系张琳敏：michelle.zhang2022@hotmail.com #poweroffacilitation#FacPower#引导的力量#简体中文版
