日本語版のダウンロードはこちらから International Association of Facilitators（国際ファシリテーション協会、IAF）が製作した 世界のトップファシリテーター10名による共著”the Power of Facilitation” （日本語版書名『ファシリテーションの力～共感と協働を生み出し未来を創造する～』） このほどその日本語訳が完成しました。 翻訳にあたっては、世界各国でプロジェクトチームが立ち上がり活動を行っています。 中国語版（簡体字）についで日本語版が、スペイン語版、ポルトガル語版と共に2023年のファシリテーションウィークに合わせて出版の運びとなりました。 8章からなる本書は、様々な領域のプロフェッショナルがその専門性と経験、独自の視点をもって書き上げています。ビジネスのみならず多様な分野でファシリテーションが活用され、社会をよりよいものにしていこう、という人々の営みにその力を与えていることが読み取れることでしょう。 近日中に電子書籍出版を予定していますが、まずはIAFのサイトにアップしました。 読んでみたいと思われた方は、無料でダウンロードできますので、是非こちらから日本語版にアクセスしてください。皆様の感想、コメントをお待ちしています。 日本語版のダウンロードはこちらから
